Refund Policy

This Policy summarizes Section 5 of our Terms of Service; the Terms govern in case of conflict.

1. Monthly plan

Non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time.

2. Annual plan — 30-day window

Within the first 30 days of an annual purchase you may request a refund. The refund is the amount paid minus one month at the monthly rate (e.g. $575.88 − $59.99 = $515.89). After 30 days the annual term is non-refundable.

3. If we discontinue the Service

If we permanently shut down the Service or your plan for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused, prepaid portion of your term, prorated by time elapsed (e.g. an annual subscriber 3 of 12 months in is refunded 9/12 = $431.91). You never lose money for time we did not serve.

4. Team / Enterprise

Governed by their respective agreement (Order Form / MSA). No fixed annual term; extended commitments are negotiated case by case.

5. No refunds for violations

Access lost due to an Acceptable Use Policy violation is not refundable, on any plan.

Contact support@daaeonyxai.com from your account email. Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record.
